How can I reset my password?

Question 2

What do I receive once I've placed my order?

Once you've placed an order with us, you will receive an automated confirmation that we have received your order.

If you have a problem processing your payment online or are not certain if your payment was successful please contact us and we can double check behind the scenes. No order is confirmed unless it has been fulfilled and an e-mail notification to this effect has been received.

Le Col dispatches orders between Monday and Friday (excluding bank holidays). We aim to dispatch within 3-5 days of the order date - the delivery timeframe quoted at checkout is expressed from the date of dispatch and not from the date of placing the order. Please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend.

We aim to have all orders dispatched within 5 working days, but during busy times that can take a bit longer. If you have an event or need something urgently please consider using the Express Delivery options available at checkout. For the UK, next working day delivery (if the order is placed before 13:00) is available via DHL and weekend delivery options are available via DPD.

What delivery options do I have?

Free UK Standard Delivery on all orders over £130. Upgrade to Express Delivery (DPD) for £3.95 on all orders over £130

£4.95 UK Standard Delivery (Evri) for UK orders under £130. £3 extra for Express Delivery (DPD) for orders under £130

Le Col dispatches orders on Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays). We aim to dispatch within 3-5 days of the order date - the delivery timeframe quoted at checkout is expressed from the date of dispatch and not from the date of placing the order. Please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend. You will receive an email to confirm your order and you'll receive a shipping confirmation to let you know it's on the way.

UK Delivery

We send standard postage parcels via Evri. The delivery time is 5-7 days from the date of dispatch as standard, but this can take longer during extremely busy periods. You'll get tracking updates via email/SMS with a delivery time-slot on the morning of your delivery. You will have the option to designate a safe place or preferred neighbour to leave it with if you are not around.

Parcels using the upgraded Express service (DPD) should arrive in 1-2 days from the date of dispatch.

International Delivery

We offer DHL international Express Delivery to all major overseas locations. Delivery can range from 1-5 days depending on destination (from the date of dispatch).

You can check shipping charges and standard shipping days for your destination in the cart at checkout. We offer low-cost tracked post options to most destinations. Tracked post deliveries can take up to 4 weeks depending on delivery location.

Depending on the destination, you would be able to choose pre-paying for customs fees or duties at checkout or pay those separately upon arrival (destination dependent).

Selecting the standard international postage option could incur extra handling fees charged by your local Customs authority

All orders shipped to a BUSINESS ADDRESS can be subject to import duties and taxes. We recommend using a personal/residential address for personal orders.

Special Delivery

If you have an event or need something urgently please consider using the Express Delivery options available at checkout. For the UK, next working day delivery (if the order is placed before 13:00) is available via DHL and weekend delivery options are available via DPD.

Please note: We currently do not offer a free returns service, nor do we refund your original shipping costs if you return items.

How do I return an item?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 28 days to initiate your return from the moment your Le Col order is delivered. Check out the information below to ensure you know just how to return your items, it’s easy – we promise! All items should be in ‘as new’ condition, both unwashed and unworn, with all tags attached. When returning items to us, please ensure they are well packaged and protected.

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please report it to us – confirming the production code on the white label inside the item (if applicable) and attaching some photos of the affected area(s). Depending on the fault, we probably won’t ask you to return it to us, so please do not register a return/exchange against the item unless advised to do so by a member of the team. We offer 3 ranges of custom kit: Club (regular fit), Elite (Slim) and Pro (Ultraslim)

We are able to custom design the following items:

Short Sleeve Jersey, Bib Shorts, Long Sleeve Jersey, Winter Jackets, Bib Tights, Speedsuits (short sleeve with pockets and long sleeve with race window), Arm/Knee/Leg Warmers, Race Mitts, Winter Gloves, Gilets, Rain jackets, Socks and Caps

There is a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 10 of each garment with a minimum first order spend of £ 1 500.00 excluding VAT and shipping. MOQ for Socks & Caps is 100 pcs, and Aero Socks 30 pcs. Samples can be supplied on request.

We understand the importance of the perfect fit whether it's for a charity ride or racing and therefore currently offer sizes from XXS to 5XL. However, if necessary, we can supply 6XL and 7XL.

We also offer a kit design service. Our highly skilled team require your in-depth design brief (to include pantone colour references and club logos and images in Ai/vector format). They will then put your ideas in a printable template for you to view and amend. The fee for this service is £ 90.00 +VAT (non-refundable) which includes two design options and two rounds of amendments. Any additional round of amendments are charged at £ 20.00 + VAT each. Where a range of designs is required by a customer, the cost would be £ 250.00 + VAT and would include all amends and garments required.

How do I participate in the Le Col Strava challenges?

Firstly, make sure you're a member of the Le Col club on Strava https://www.strava.com/clubs/88156 to be the first to hear about our upcoming and current challenges.

You'll be able to register to join the challenges as soon as they're announced and once you've completed the requirements of the challenge, you'll be able to redeem your £50GBP reward for your efforts!

If you're using a Strava reward, please note there is a minimum spend of £150GBP required (before the discount is added) for this to work. If you're having trouble using a discount code, please check the expiry date and any conditions linked to it before you contact us.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

For UK orders, we are offering exchanges based on availability. It's quick and easy, and you'll be able to print your returns label online too.

For international orders, we cannot offer direct exchanges. If you have purchased an item that you'd like to exchange for a different size, you can typically go through our return process and place a new order for the desired size. You will need to return the original item, and once it's received, we will process a refund. You can initiate your return here: https://web.global-e.com/Returns/Portal/oQHK using your order number (THE 6 DIGIT ORDER NUMBER WITHOUT THE #) and your email address.

In some instances, if you're purchasing the exact same item in a different size or color and end up paying more, we may offer a price match and refund you the difference. Always check for specific instructions provided with your order or contact us for assistance.

Which payment methods are available?

We offer payments via debit/credit card, Paypal and Google Pay. Some international countries offer additional methods such as Klarna, Multibanco etc. The available payment methods for your location will appear at checkout.

All payments made via the Le Col website are encrypted using secure technology and your card details are not retained or visible to Le Col employees.

All orders will be charged for at the point that the order is placed - including orders containing pre-order items.

Will I be charged Customs/Duties?

Please note we are based in the UK so if you have a shipping address that is outside of the EU, import duties and taxes may be applied by your local authority. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full transaction value of the contents of all packages, and we have no control over the levied import duties/taxes applied.

Post Brexit:

Your accounts should now be synced, please give it at least 24 hours for the sync to reflect onto your LC__CC account

What if an item I ordered is out of stock?

Sometimes items might be out of stock after you've placed your order. If that's the case, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide alternatives, such as choosing a different item, waiting for a restock if it's expected soon, or issuing a refund for the out-of-stock item. Do you offer free returns?

At the moment we do not offer a free returns process but we are looking to introduce this in future.

For UK customers, we offer a variety of returns options via ReBOUND - both printer required and printerless - to give you some flexibility on how you return your order.

If you are an international customer, you will have the option for a DHL pre-paid return (approx. cost of £10 or local currency equivalent), or the option to choose self-postage - which means you get an address label, and can use a courier of your choosing to return your item(s).

Need to make changes to your order?

Please note, Custom orders cannot be amended once they have been placed. If the Club shop window is still open, we will need to cancel the order and have you reorder with the correct item(s)/size(s). If the Club shop window has already closed, it may be too late for a manual change request to be made. Please contact your kitmaster for guidance in this instance.

If the order has already been submitted to our Factory for production, unfortunately, it is too late to make any further changes.

Question 20

Having issues with reward/activity points pulling through?

It’s always a good idea to try to completely disconnect and then reconnect to try and resolve any issues with activity not pulling through.

Head into your Le Col account - go to Settings > Activity Sources and then hit the disconnect button.

Question 21

How do I track my order or deal with a delivery issue?

If you have not received your order or have any concerns about the delivery, you can track your order using the tracking number provided. If the GPS Delivery location matches your address, please check with your neighbours in case the parcel was received on your behalf. If there's still an issue, please let us know, and we can raise an investigation with the delivery service. We also apologize for any delays, especially around busy times or due to customs hold-ups, and we appreciate your patience.

How do I apply a gift voucher to my order?

If you've received a gift card, you'll need to enter the code as part or full payment towards your order. Paste the code into the "Gift card or discount code" box and hit apply. This will deduct the product value from your gift voucher. If your order value exceeds your gift voucher amount, you'll be required to complete payment for the remaining amount.

If you have misplaced your gift voucher code, please contact us and we'll resend the voucher to the original purchaser. If you are querying how much is remaining on a gift voucher, reach out to us and let us know who purchased the gift voucher for you and we'll be able to confirm.

If you return an order which has been paid for with a gift voucher, the relevant amount will be refunded back to the gift voucher when processed and can then be reused.

Custom kit delivery

Once your club's order has been received at our warehouse, it will go through a QA process before all orders are picked, packed and dispatched according to the delivery agreement between Le Col Custom and your club.

If your order is being dispatched directly to you from our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation once your order dispatches containing your tracking details.

All orders are dispatched directly from the UK.

For purchases made within the United Kingdom, UK VAT is included in the total cost of your order. As orders are dispatched from within the UK, you should not be charged any additional VAT or import duties if your delivery address is also within the UK.

For purchases made outside the United Kingdom, UK VAT is not included, however Le Col is not responsible for local duties or taxes that may be levied on your shipment.

All orders are sent DAP (Delivered-at-Place) which means that the buyer is responsible for paying import duties and any applicable taxes, including clearance and local taxes, once the shipment arrives at its destination. Any additional customs or duty charges related the delivery addresses outside of the UK will be payable by the receiver. Please check with your local customs office for rates.

Please note that international deliveries may be subject to Customs delays, which are beyond our control.

All you need to do is:

1. Sign-up to the Le Col Rise Above challenge on Strava

2. Sign-up as a LC__CC member 

3. Link your Strava profile to your LC__CC account 

4. Climb 5364m through the challenge period, in 1 ride or multiple to unlock the jersey

Note - In order to unlock the Basecamp Jersey, you must sign up to the Le Col Rise Above Strava challenge and link your Strava profile to your LC__CC account to take part. Any rides completed before these stages will not count. 

Completing the challanges give you the opportunity to purchase the Basecamp Jersey at the price of £135 (valid discount codes applicable - e.g. £50 Strava challenge discount code - only one discount code per order can be applied).

* If you have attempted to complete the 5364m of climbing but ran into technical issues with syncing your Strava account we can sort this out, as long as you can send us a screenshot from your Strava account showing that you have climbed over 5364m in total between 1st -211st December we can manually unlock the jersey for you.

How do I find out the validity of my discount codes?

The United States permits duty-free entry for goods valued up to $800 USD. This is referred to as the de minimis threshold. Orders below this amount are typically not subject to any additional duties, taxes, or fees upon delivery.

How Le Col Is Protecting You

To ensure our customers are not unexpectedly charged with import duties:

We have proactively set a maximum transaction limit of $750 USD on our US website. This gives a safe margin below the $800 de minimis threshold and allows for minor fluctuations in currency conversion or shipping-related adjustments.

A Note on Splitting Orders

While some customers may consider placing multiple smaller orders to stay under the threshold, we advise caution:

Important: There have been instances where US Customs has identified and consolidated multiple shipments made within a short period of time from the same sender to the same recipient. In such cases, the combined value has been assessed, and duties have been applied accordingly.

For this reason, we cannot guarantee that splitting orders will avoid duties, and we recommend contacting our Customer Experience team if you have questions or need assistance planning your purchase.

Custom orders timeline

Once the Club shop order window has closed, all orders are collated and then submitted to our Factory for production.

Typically there is an 8-12 week lead time from the point the full order is submitted, however, this may vary depending on the time of the year.

Depending on how early in the order window you purchase, please note that this will affect the overall lead time.

Your kitmaster/event organiser will be able to update you on the expected turnaround time for the club's order and ETA for delivery.

If you have any questions regarding your purchase, these should be directed to your kitmaster in the first instance, who will liaise with the Custom team on your behalf.

What if I received an item with a defect or damage?

If you have received an item with a defect, damage, or believe it might be the wrong item, we are here to help address your concerns. Initially, we'll need you to take some clear photographs of the fault or defect and send them to us. Our team will then assess the issue and determine the best course of action. In addition, we may ask for specific details such as the production code found on the back of the internally stitched label, which typically follows the format: 0000 or a certain date structure. If we confirm that there is a defect from our end, don't worry—we will sort it out for you. This could involve offering a replacement, a refund, or sometimes a voucher for a discount on future purchases depending on the circumstances. Please reach out to us so we can make things right.

The Le Col x Strava 8848 Climbing Challenge is back and bigger than ever. Helping you elevate your cycling goals in 2024, accumulate 8848m of elevation gain on Strava between the 1st and 30th of June to complete this challenge and unlock the coveted limited edition Le Col x Strava 8848 jersey.

To unlock the jersey, you'll need to be a Strava Premium Subscriber as well a member of the Le Col Cycling Club (LC__CC).

Strava Premium Subscribers who complete the elevation goal in a single activity during the challenge period will unlock the Limited Edition Le Col 8848 jersey for FREE! The validation process for single-ride completions may take up to 7 days.

Strava Premium Subscribers who complete the challenge in multiple activities will unlock the jersey with a reward saving of £100, available to purchase the jersey for just £65 or your local equivalent (RRP at £165).

Strava Premium subscription and LC__CC membership is required in order to validate your attempt and unlock your jersey as soon as you complete. Sign up today and earn points while you ride.

Finishers completing the challenge in one activity or more without Strava Premium subscription or Le Col Cycling Club membership will unlock the limited edition jersey for purchase at full price.

All qualifying rides must be uploaded to Strava. Your Strava rides don't necessarily need to sync with your LC__CC account.

Can I return an item, and how will it affect promotional offers?

You are welcome to return an item within 28 days of receipt if it does not meet your expectations or if it is not the right fit. Returning an item that brings your total order value below the minimum requirement could invalidate the promotional offer or reduce the refund amount. If you received a free or discounted item as part of a promotion and would like to return part of your order, please be aware that the promotion may no longer be applicable, and this could affect your refund. Do you offer a repair service or replacement fabric for damaged items?

In the unfortunate event that your cycling garment is damaged due to a fall or accident, we understand how important it is to get back to the comfort and performance you're accustomed to. While we may not have a dedicated repair service, we invite you to inform us about the situation. Please provide us with photographs of the damage and details of which items are affected. Based on this, we can decide on the best way to assist you. In certain cases, we can offer guidance or suggestions on how you can repair the item locally, as well as consider other forms of assistance.

How do I cancel an order?

Accepted Answer

If you've changed your mind about an order, please CONTACT US urgently.

If it's not yet been dispatched, we'll be able to prevent the items from being sent. If it's already been dispatched, then you would need to return the items once they reach us and be liable for the return postage costs.

Returns can take up to 3 weeks to be processed from the date that we receive the item(s).

How do I make sure leg warmers or bib shorts don't slip down during use?

To prevent leg warmers or bib shorts from slipping down, it's crucial that they are sized correctly and have a good fit. It's recommended to pull them up as high as possible on your thigh to ensure they stay in place better. The silicone grippers on warmers are designed to adhere to smooth skin, so a clean-shaven surface can enhance their grip. Size is also an important factor; please provide us with your height, weight, and inseam measurements if you are unsure about the fit. Keep in mind that over time, the elastic properties of warmers can degrade, so slippage might also indicate that it's time to consider a replacement if your gear is a few years old.

Do you offer a crash replacement service?

Accepted Answer

If you have an accident and damage any Le Col kit you’ve bought from lecol.cc within the last 12 months, we are happy to offer our crash replacement service where you can get 50% off the RRP of a like-for-like item – you can submit your crash replacement claim by contacting us, including details of all items impacted and any relevant order numbers.

We will not be able to honour crash replacement against any items we cannot validate were purchased directly from us within the last 12 months.

Can I change the size of the items after placing an order?

Accepted Answer

Once your order has been processed and is set to be dispatched soon, we unfortunately cannot alter the size of the items. You will need to return the items after they have arrived. We are happy to arrange a free return for you. Please make sure that all returned items are in NEW condition, both UNWASHED and UNWORN, and well packaged. Typically, it takes us 5 to 7 working days to process your refund after we have received the returned items.

What happens to my discount if I return part of a bundle purchase?

When you return an item from a bundle, you lose the discount associated with that bundle. The remaining items will then be charged at their full Recommended Retail Price (RRP). This will be reflected in the refund amount, which may also have deductions for any tracked pre-paid return service costs.

Requesting a refund for an item that was part of a bundle may lead to a loss of the original bundle discount. The remaining items will be charged at their full price, and this adjustment will be reflected in the refunded amount.
